Important Information
  • Multi-Day pass is valid for 29 days from the first day of visit
  • or Emirates ID is mandatory to be carried during this activity.
  • Free s for the entire duration of Expo are available for kids and youth under 18.
  • Kids and youth under 18 must be accompanied by an adult (with a valid ID) to enter the Expo site.
  • Tertiary and higher education students, seniors 60 years and above, and people of determination (+1 companion at half price).
  • Guest are required to show Evidence of fully ‘Vaccinated status’/ ‘Green Pass’ in Alhosn App (or proof of vaccine exemption in Alhosn app).
  • PCR test is free at expo site. We advise you to get your test 1 day prior to your visit (if required) as the results take around 10 hours.
  • The companion of the person of determination (POD) must enter the site with the POD for their to be considered valid.
  • Professional filming equipment, professional photography equipment with lenses larger than 30 cm are not allowed
  • Food and beverage items (except infant food and beverage, special dietary items)
  • Drones and unmanned aerial vehicles are not allowed.
  • The service provider holds no responsibility if any component of an attraction is non-operational due to technical reasons or weather conditions.
  • Sharing transfers will be provided from centrally located areas in Dubai (Excluding Jebel Ali, DIP, DSO, Dubai Sports City and their nearby areas)
  • The timings for sharing transfers may vary by 30 to 60 min, depending on traffic conditions and your location.
  • Operational Hours: Saturday to Wednesday: 10:00 AM to 12:00 AM
  •                                             Thursday and Friday : 10:00 AM to 2:00 AM

  • We reserve the complete right to reschedule an itinerary or route, adjust pricing, or even cancel a tour whenever, at our sole discretion, mainly if we deem it is vital for your safety or convenience. 
  • Unused inclusion in a tour package is non-refundable. 
  • Any guest failing to reach on time at the designated pick-up point will be considered a no-show. No reimbursement or alternative transfer will be arranged in such circumstances.
  • Should a tour booking be cancelled or altered for reasons of bad weather, vehicle issue or traffic problems, we will make all sincere efforts to arrange alternative service with similar options, however, based on its availability.  
  • The arrangement of seating will depend on its availability and will be done by our driver or tour guides.
  • Pick-up and drop-off timings listed on the website are approximate, and they will be adjusted as per your location as well as traffic conditions.  
  • Coupon Codes can be redeemed only through the online booking process.
  • We reserve the right to charge 100% No Show charges if guests do not turn up on time for the pick-up.
  • In any case, the guest does not show up on time and our vehicle departs from the pickup location, then we will not arrange for an alternative transfer & no refund is provided for the missed tour.
  • The seating arrangement is done as per the availability & it is decided by the Driver or Tour Guide except in case of private transfers.
